Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for a Product Manager (CRO), who will help improve the performance of the websites and Viber/Telegram mini-apps we work with.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Product Manager will drive digital growth by acquiring new users into the category and seamlessly transitioning existing offline customers to our web and bot platforms. This role requires a structured thinker who can navigate high regulatory constraints to turn bold hypotheses into scalable digital solutions that bridge the gap between physical and digital retail.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Customer Acquisition & Channel Development. Drive new customer acquisition by analyzing current performance and identifying new growth channels. Develop and execute strategies to transition existing offline customers into the online ecosystem (O2O transition), ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Retention & Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). Focus on retaining existing customers by re-engaging them through the website and automated bots to drive repeat purchases. Implement strategies to increase average order value (AOV) and customer purchase frequency.
  • A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Develop, validate, and prioritize CRO hypotheses based on data insights, behavioral analytics, and user research. Plan and execute A/B tests in VWO, define success metrics, prepare experiment specs, monitor sample quality, assess statistical significance, and make rollout/rollback decisions.
  • User Flow Design & Optimization. Design and optimize critical user flows, including checkout, login, age verification, and PLP/PDP (Product List/Detail Page) interactions. Collaborate with analysts to visualize key funnels, create GA4/Looker dashboards, analyze drop-offs, and track performance shifts. 
  • Technical Specification Writing. Prepare clear and detailed technical requirements for developers, including logic descriptions, UI/UX expectations, edge cases, and behavior scenarios. Ensure all requirements are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Experiment Documentation & Knowledge Management. Document experiment results and maintain a structured knowledge base. Standardize CRO approaches and share best practices across the team to foster a data-driven culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in E-commerce or related fields, with a strong understanding of conversion drivers and experimentation.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (VWO preferred; Optimizely or any other tool will be a plus).
  • Solid analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, and BigQuery.
  • Strong understanding of user flows and behavioral patterns, especially checkout,

    login, and verification journeys.

  • Ability to write clear and structured technical specifications for development teams.

  • Experience with funnel analysis and behavioral tools (heatmaps, session replay).

  • Analytical & communication skills, attention to detail & risk awareness, proactivity & adaptability.

  • English - Intermediate, Ukrainian - fluent.
