Job area

Procurement of goods and services, contracts follow-up, reporting.

Functions:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Suppliers searching and evaluating
• Meeting and negotiating with suppliers
• Conducting tenders
• Contracts follow-up
• Reporting (weekly reports, tender reports. reports upon request etc.)
• Communication with Tax Optimization on Procurements (getting consultancies and approvals in case of specific procurements)
• Assuring of all the payments and permissions to be done before arrival of goods\services
• Checking of budget limits before purchasing

Requirements:

• Working experience: 2-3 years
• Experience in negotiating, tender/bidding processing, analytical and reporting work.
• Knowledge in SAP R/S skills,MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Effective work in Internet
• Fluent Level of Ukrainian, Russian, English
• High level of attention to detail
• Analytical thinking
