Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality, timely recruitment of experienced hires
• Indirect, direct search and pre-screening of CVs
• Candidates' assessment and selection
• Making job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring process
• Coordinating campaigns for attracting graduate candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• English at Intermediate level
• Minimum 6 months experience as Recruiter
• Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus)
• Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skills
• Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently
• Friendly, confident, attentive to details
