Main responsibilities:

• Management of all activities of department in accordance with Policies, Project, Programs and Procedures specific to the activity field as well as distribute and monitor the tasks;
• Management of the department's budget;
• Supervise for using the specialized departments, offices and teams, the budgets for the activities, cost optimization and reduction;
• Documenting of business management activities (secretariat, chancellery, archives),
• Real Estate management (search of tenants and landlords, negotiating, contracts signing);
• Monitoring real estate market in order to: select suitable locations, manage risk associated with properties, redevelop obsolete properties (based on positive business case), reduce costs (renegotiation of rental costs, update the valid contracts, use workplace more efficiently, minimize operating expenses, provide functional workplace, produce best solutions with reduction, etc);
• Management large and complex construction projects to the full range (design, layout, construction, equipment, time management, adherence to project performance, maintenance and quality);
• Procurement management: search for new suppliers of goods and services, organization of tenders, conclusion and monitoring of contracts for rental of premises, servicing of engineering systems of buildings, purchase of goods and services, insurance policies;
• Car fleet management,
• Accounting of material assets;
• Registration branches of the bank at NBU;
