Provided support for US-based Clients, including support thru ticketing systems, web-conferences (Cisco WebEx, Go2Meeting, TeamViewer) and troubleshooting sessions with developers.

Resolved payment processing, software configuration, software deployment and other issues on a daily basis.

Coordinated efforts with developers, business analysts, QA, Operations, Documentation and other departments for resolving of Clients' issues.

Managed a number of small to medium size projects for Clients, including software deployment and update processes, datacenter disaster recovery projects, etc. Created a number of assignments for development, QA and documentation teams.

Assisted with improvement of internal company processes that increased the level of Client support.

Wrote User guides, tutorials, integration notes, software deployment instructions and checklists, and other documentation on payment gateway software.

Worked with Development, Business Analysis and other departments for gathering of information necessary to prepare, structure and write documentation.

  • Problem solving. If you or your Client has an issue, I will be the first line of support. Experience in solving business and technical issues of low, medium and high priority in a timely manner.
  • Issue analysis. If there is a business or technical issue, I will use my experience and knowledge to analyse it and find the best solution for all involved parties. If I cannot resolve the issue myself, always do thorough analysis before assigning the issue to a team member.
  • Experienced communicator. Worked with US-based Clients and assisted them with their software issues. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, fluent in English, elementary proficiency in Polish and German. Can easily learn a new language.
  • Project management. If you have a project that needs to be completed, I will do what I can to meet the deadline and make you and your business happy. Experience in managing small to medium Client and in-house projects on a regular basis which include software deployment and update, writing new documentation (User Guides, How-To Tutorials), etc.
  • QA. If the QA team is very busy and someone complains about a bug, I will be the one confirming that we have an issue. Experience in working with Postman and SoapUI.
  • Virtualization software user. If you need me to install software on a virtual machine - no problem. Experience in using VmWare Workstation and Oracle VirtualBox.
  • Quick learner. If you need me to learn a new software product, methodology, technical approach, process, procedure or anything else, I will be more than happy to do it and will implement my key motto - Live and Learn.
  • Mr. Improver. If a process (procedure, task, product, etc.) can be improved to make life easier for you and your Clients, I will not hesitate to let you know. Used technical analysis and software UI experience to create a number of development tasks (bug fixes, UI/UX improvements).
  • Mr. Perfectionist. If something needs to be done, I will do it to perfection.
