Participation in business strategic development by organizing, managing and developing affiliate network/sales of all products, in all entrusted territories, and by all distribution channels in order to achieve the target and financial indicators of the business.

Audit and develop the business commercial component of all products, in all entrusted areas and territories, and by all distribution channels (B2B, B2B2C) to increase the financial and target indicators.

Mentor and coach employees to improve their professional skills. Prepare the internal personnel reserve to remove restrictions within the system and scale the system within the period.

Update and automate business processes and participate in the development of Business Development/Sales key performance indicators. Optimize lead generation tools.

Prepare the financial analytics (as well as other kinds of analytics required) and track the dynamics of Business Development/Sales performance indicators.

Make management decisions based on analytics.

Provide stakeholders with the information necessary for decision-making (such as Business Development/Sales activity management accounting, regular management reports, and information flow management).

Other operational tasks in the area of Business Development/Sales that may arise in the course of operational activities.
