suppliers of metal and plastic goods in Ukraine. Implementing global IKEA

technical and quality requirements at suppliers' production, developing

production efficiency, working with product improvements, claim and corrective action handling.

Production of furniture for retailers from metal components: Inspection and quality monitoring of the overall technical process at production, incl. control of stocktaking and inventories. Creating development strategies and business plans for the company, optimization of production- and business processes.
