As part of the department responsible for implementing the Bank’s projects, I actively participate in the development and execution of business, regulatory, and optimization initiatives. My key responsibilities include:

• Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth data analysis using Google Sheets and Excel to assess process efficiency.
• Bottleneck Identification: Identifying problem areas in current processes and finding opportunities for automation.
• Proposal Development: Formulating and implementing proposals aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Preparation and Presentation of Results: Creating detailed reports and presentations for internal management and project sponsors.
• Dashboard Development: Building interactive dashboards on internal platforms and Google Data Studio (similar to Power BI).
• Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations with project stakeholders and working group members.
• Economic Impact Calculation: Assessing the economic impact of implemented initiatives within the project framework.

My achievements

Project: Optimization of regional divisions (2024 year) Measures have been proposed and agreed upon, the implementation of which (within 6 months) will reduce the Bank by 147 FTE, which in monetary terms amounts to UAH 2.8 million/month

Project: Reducing TTY to Loan Issuance. The project implemented an activity that reduced TTY (time to loan approval) from 28 days (on average) to 1.4 days.
