What am I especially proud of?

I was able to create a few creative teams consisting of up to 10 people to form website development, SMM, video production, advertising Departments. I introduced design thinking in each of the teams, stimulated the openness, honesty, transparency, and stimulated the creativity of the employees. Now the company has a brilliant reputation, which is confirmed by numerous feedbacks from clients, signed contracts with industry leaders, both in Ukraine and abroad, and fully automated operational activity.

I take great pride in partnering with the three largest pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine. Our team has successfully developed an innovative product that we launched in the market.

Cooperation with one of the largest networks of cinemas in Ukraine, which brought the client twice the increase in organic traffic.

I have established a marketing strategy for a new company in London, grounded in a thorough analysis of consumer pain points and needs. My research revealed a clear trend: Londoners prefer not to make phone calls and seek a seamless, efficient way to order services and handle payments on a regular basis. In response to these insights, I have developed an innovative calculator tailored specifically for this market and industry. This tool allows users to easily input details such as the number of rooms and bathrooms, select a date and time for a specialist's visit, and manage payments effortlessly on a recurring basis.

I developed a marketing strategy for a cosmetology clinic, studying the pain and needs of consumers, conducting quantitative and qualitative research. I realized that people may not just want to inject botox to remove wrinkles, but there are other psychological motives. For example, two people can meet on the street, and they haven't seen each other for 5 years. They exchange compliments, and the person doesn't like the compliment. After that, the person consults a cosmetologist.

I successfully managed Telegram channels for my employer's agency, where I excelled in creative copywriting and crafting impactful advertising creatives. My strategic targeting techniques have consistently attracted new subscribers.
