As an Outsourced Product Head, I led development teams delivering mobile applications end-to-end, from product idea to App Store release.Managed an outsourcing team consisting of iOS developers, backend engineers, designers, and QA specialists. My responsibility was to ensure full-cycle product delivery.

Worked on several large-scale mobile projects, contributing as part of android and ios development teams. Participated in building and maintaining applications for oil industry companies and delivery services, focusing on stability and performance.Contributed to features involving Google Maps integration, push notifications, Firebase services, Apple Pay and in-app payments, as well as Google and Apple authentication. Worked with client-server architecture, ensuring smooth data exchange between mobile apps and backend systems. Also supported CI/CD processes to improve deployment speed and maintain consistent release quality.

- Contributing to existing subscription-based iOS applications (more than 25 projects) and developing subscription-based applications form scratch using Swift (8 projects).These include such apps as: Remote car control, Al baby face predict, Al rockidentifier, Pulse tracker, Radio, PDF converter, Document scanner, Al tattoo,Dynamic Island wallpapers and numerous of others.
