- Driving long term quality goals on the Software project, ensuring a high quality standard of Software products prior to release to customers.

- Creating/updating relevant metrics and statistics on Software quality trends.

- Maintaining an overview of general product quality and alerting the Project Management about critical problems.

- Acting as primary Quality Gateway to project stakeholders and a communication gateway to the rest of the company (other projects, Customer Support, Product Management, Technical Consultants, Sales).

- Driving Bug Prioritization process (assessing technical issues, ensuring issues are correctly transferred, reviewed, and prioritized).

- Suggesting and implementing quality improving measures, working with the QA team to improve testing procedures.

- Assisting with creating Test Plans for specific releases.

- Coaching and providing onboarding for new employees.

- Creating and executing test cases (smoke checks, bug regression etc)- Planning and estimation of testing efforts

- Dispatching builds from existing data on TeamCity
