• Organised the search for new international suppliers, according to needs of R&D Department.
• Developed and concluded new contracts, organised the entire procurement process, from placing the order to delivering it to the company's scientific
• Checked invoices, clarifying accounts with counterparties. Entered data on counterparties and accounts into the accounting program for payment of bills.
• Monitored the timely payment of bills and worked with deferred payment.
• Organised and improved the first two procurements with a new partner, established a work mechanism with subsequent transfer of the project to production for further industrial procurement.
• Created analyses and reports.
• Requested and prepared all the documentation required for border crossing of imported pharmaceutical products.
• Coordinated projects for the provision of services at international sites.

Achievements:

Concluded more than 15 new contracts with new international partners, which provided the R&D department with APIs and components for new devices that will enter the market over the next 5 years in the shortest possible time.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of market trends, manufacturers, competitors;
• Searching for foreign partners-manufacturers of natural and organic cosmetics to work as an exclusive distributor on the territory of Ukraine;
• Negotiating with partners, agreeing on terms of cooperation, concluding agreements;
• Development and management of an assortment matrix;
• Forecasting and placing orders based on ABC, XYZ analysis;

• Management of commodity stocks;

• Project management from "0" - starting from the search for a partner and ending with the delivery of goods to the warehouse;
• Simultaneous work with 22 foreign partners ;
• Preparation of import documents, according to Incoterms 2010;

• Organization and control of all import processes: placing orders, preparation of certification, preparation of documentation for customs clearance of goods, delivery of goods;

• Calculation and control of production costs, marginality, turnover;
• Translation and creation of a nomenclature of goods in 1C 8.3.

Achievement:

• Concluded 10 new agreements with foreign partners, which ensured the creation of an optimal portfolio of brands and increased the company's sales by 40%.
• Optimization of the import process in the company, by establishing long-term relationships with partners and the development of correct documents in accordance with the requirements of the customs authorities of Ukraine.
• Development with a foreign partner of a new product for the Ukrainian market, according to a preliminary analysis of needs and trends.
• Represented the company at the international exhibitions Beauty Eurasia (Istanbul), Beauty Days (Warsaw), InterCHARM (Kyiv).

• Replacement of suppliers of glass bottles and corks for Distillery department, that reduced the cost of production by 7%.
