• Source candidates through a variety of search methods (LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking system, Job boards, professional networking, referrals, etc.);
• Screening of candidates' resumes and pro?les, managing interview schedules;
• Work closely with a HR manager, use di?erent sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates;
• Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs;

• Cultivating and Sustaining Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high-quality business cooperation throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Talent Acquisition: Assisting in identifying and recruiting top software engineers from diverse regions, including Central/Eastern Europe, South America, and India.
• Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing e?ective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.

• Maintaining candidate databases and feedbacks in Applicant Tracking System.
• Gaining knowledge of how to work with Boolean Search and X-Ray Search, search for candidates in Linkedin, GitHub.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines to address future hiring needs;
