• Supervising the day-to-day implementation of GBV and MHPSS activities in the assigned project locations.
• Line management responsibility of the Protection team in the assigned project locations.
• Participate in supervising GBV/MHPSS activities implemented by local partners.
• Coordinate with Fund partners in assigned project locations and follow up on the quality implementation of the GBV/MHPSS project.
• Submit timely project reports (monthly/weekly) including quantitative and qualitative data to the upper management.
• Ensure the development and implementation of MHPSS and GBV programs through the involvement of the Fund's employees, and partners, on the main Protection topics, such as psychological first aid, PSS at the community level, and psychosocial support, GBV case management, etc.
• Participate in the development of the budget for Protection programs and their implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to both the team and local partners by conducting regular field and monitoring visits to ensure proper implementation and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with local/ international organizations including local authorities, stakeholders, UN agencies, relevant working groups, and clusters.
• Ensure the organization of data, storage of information/documents on the number of registered cases/appeals about psychological/physical violence, etc.
• Support collecting all information related to project costs in the location.
• Take part in developing methodologies and data collection techniques for assessments, indicators, program management, evaluations, and research related to Protection.
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of Protection activities, closely monitoring, evaluating, and reporting their development and flagging potential issues on time.

Based on the results of the implementation of all health projects, already in August 2023, the Head Office in Israel made a decision to separate the "Health" direction from the MHPSS and establish it as a separate sector within the Ukrainian mission. The decision was made to promote me to Program Manager. All these projects are currently extended until the end of 2024 with the approved plan for expanding the geography of implementation on the territory of Ukraine.

I independently developed all the basic program documents for 4 independent purely medical projects, as well as the development strategies of my sector for 2023. The first project "Community First Aid Trainings" started already on May 29 and is still ongoing. Simultaneously with it, at the beginning of June 2023, 3 more projects were launched: "School of Health" (involvement of doctors at the primary level of providing medical care), "Women's Health" (unification of primary and secondary levels of medical care to bring gynecological care in remote villages on a regular basis), as well as the project "Strengthening the capacities of health care institutions" (point donations of medical equipment where this is a guarantee of receiving a contract from the National Health Service of Ukraine for packages of primary and secondary levels of providing medical aid).

Apart from medical treatment work I provided next activities:

Carried out regular primary sanitary and epidemic control of structural divisions;

Forming reports for the medical director, district city administration and health department. All reporting was conducted by me in the format of Microsoft Excel tables or documents in Microsoft Word.

Receiving lists of needs from structural units.

Adjusting them according to generally accepted standards.

Search for suppliers of medical and non-medical goods and provide further legal support.

Conducting a vaccination campaign (routine, Covid-19, etc.)

Managing the clinic's FB page.

There were 7 people under my direct control (4 medical personnel, 3 non-medical). On March 9, due to the occupation of the Kherson region, I had to leave my workplace and home.
