Development of the fund in the southern region from scratch. Joined one of the largest national human rights NGOs of Ukraine at the beginning of their activity in the south as a regional team leader. Among the main duties:
Team building (selection and management of the team of 30 people in the Mykolaiv office and teams of more than 10 people in Kherson); monitoring activity, representation and establishment of relations in communities, departments, local government, with partners, etc.; participation in clusters, events, meetings, round tables, etc.; coordination of departures of mobile groups; reporting and constant communication with program and project managers; support and presentation of office work during visits of donor representatives; administrative work, etc.
Leading an emergency mission in the Kherson region for 5 weeks, with a team of more than 20 people (lawyers, psychologists, monitors, social workers, drivers, security), aimed at providing various assistance to victims of the flooding of the Kakhovskaya HPP.

During the war, we established active activities in the delivery of humanitarian goods. I have personal experience in establishing working relationships with international funds. In particular, I cooperated with World Central Kitchen, ACTED, Caritas Ukraine.
Experience: setting up the process of daily preparation and distribution of 2,000 portions of lunches to the population, several thousand food kits, business trips to front-line settlements, evacuation and provision of housing for displaced persons. Management of a team of volunteers up to 50 people.

At the same time as working in design, was founded a public organization with like-minded people.
Responsibilities: The tasks of the organization were to improve the standard of living of citizens, protect small and medium-sized businesses, help low-income citizens, support the youth of the region, care for the cleanliness and ecology of the city, fight against lawlessness and arbitrariness of local authorities. Due to the lack of investment from outside, all available methods of struggle were used - lighting in social networks, online involvement, court cases, rallies and other mass actions.
Experience: public and social activities, holding mass events, communication with authorities and citizens of the city, development of a public organization from scratch, working in a team of up to 50 people.

Complete change of professional activity. I completed several courses and received a profession in the field of IT.
Responsibilities: Creation of visual content - from business cards and banners to mobile applications, websites and large portals. Led a team of less experienced designers in the number of 10 people. The main duties were communication with clients, transfer of technical specifications to the team, quality control of completed tasks.
Experience: Work in multitasking mode, ability to make decisions quickly, take responsibility for the team in front of the client, developed creative thinking, understood the peculiarities of labor relations with Western companies.
