Main responsibilities:
• Providing daily management and monitoring of implementing activities at Program level (all projects of ADRAUkraine);
• Managing relationships with international donors, writing proposals (concept note, logical framework);
• Submission of all necessary reports for auditing projects (WFP 2023, ECHO 2022), also reporting to the donorswithin ADRA Network. Ensuring eligibility and correctness of the expenditures against the approved budget;
• Managing the department – 10 Project managers, 3 Coordinators with a total of 250 subordinates (325employees in the organization);
• Cooperation with MEAL department, adjustments to operational plans and log frames to conduct on-goingmonitoring and evaluation of the performance against the targeted results;
• Reporting to the board of trustees, to all ADRA Network offices on ADRA Ukraine activities and on number ofbeneficiaries;
• Coordinating work with the clusters (6 total);
• Training of local project management teams;
• Management of the strategic planning process and ensuring of regular updates of information on projectimplementation;
• Analysis of collected data and proposal of alternative strategies for implementation of projects and programs;
• Compilation of reports on the implementation of programs for donors;
• Implementation of the monitoring, evaluation, accountability system: monitoring progress in accordance withgoals, results, evaluation, accountability and training;
• Carrying out regular visits for the purpose of supervision and monitoring of activities;
• Temporary (1,5 month during searching for new PM) replacing the PM for DANIDA project and 2,5-month PMreplacement for the project with GFFO.
Main achievements:
• Developed the process of program management in ADRA Ukraine, ensured effective coordination, built thecapacity of the PM’s, coordinators and other subordinates and ensured successful implementation of 10 projectswith a total budget of USD 12 million;
• Contributed to development of ADRA Ukraine strategy for 2023-2026;
• Contributed to development of PR strategy to ensure support from internal donors;
• Performed audit of the ongoing projects for each PM, developed policies and procedures for the organization;
• Participated as a delegate to humanitarian action survey meetings in Slovakia (built relationships with the newdonors, like MOFA Japan), in the UK (meeting in the UK parliament with representatives of parliament anddonors), in Denmark (supported in writing ADRA Denmark strategy for the next 5 years).
