Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing current sales statistics, user journey and customer funnel to seek improvements in sales
  • Developing and implementing sales approaches and goals for the key market segments
  • Participation in inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Developing KPI, incentive system and other standards
  • Monitoring compliance with assigned tasks and KPI, providing reports and feedback to the CEO
  • Conducting regular team meetings regarding the maintenance, improvement of the work processes, achieving and exceeding goals
  • Conducting negotiations with the prominent and potential partners
  • Development of a wide-spectrum teaching methodology for employees and customers, providing ongoing mentoring in English and Slavic languages
  • Staff recruitment with further training of new hires
  • Extensive collaboration with the Marketing and Support departments on relevant issues
  • Various frameworks usage, including Agile (Scrum), Kanban
  • Documenting errors and setting tasks in the Jira system
  • Using specialized software to formulate and implement investments strategies for a fund managing
