Revenue Metrics Dashboard

This dashboard is designed to assist product managers in monitoring income trends and conducting high-level analyses of project revenues. The dashboard includes metrics such as MRR, the number of paid users, ARPPU, new paid users per month, MRR from new users, churned users, churn rate, churned revenue, revenue churn rate, expansion revenue, contraction revenue, Lifetime (LT) and Lifetime Value (LTV). The data has been processed using PostgreSQL, and visualization has been performed in Tableau Public.

Google Store Analysis Dashboard

The focus of the project is to analyze the publicly available dataset of the Google Merchandise Store. The analysis includes examining the primary user engagement metrics, identifying the most popular activities of users on the website, presenting the most visited pages, and dividing users into segments based on their country, gender, and device category. The report was generated using Google Analytics 4 data and Looker Studio as a visualization tool.

Cohort Analysis of User Retention

The data showcased in these cohort analysis tables pertain to user and product retention rates, and are derived from the game users dataset. To facilitate ease of use, the tables can be filtered based on user device language and game type. The presentation is crafted using Google Sheets' pivot tables, built-in functions, and slicers for optimal convenience.

Manual testing of Microsoft Power Apps web and desktop applications.

Writing of test documentation: test suites, test cases, bug reports.

Analysis and clarification of business requirements.

Major achievements:

• Improved the quality of the developed applications by finding and reporting about 200 bugs, which have led to significant improvements in the quality of the applications developed;
• Successfully organized and conducted customer acceptance sessions;
• Co-authored testing strategy documentation to ensure the highest efficiency and accuracy in the testing processes.
