Responsibilities and functions:

• Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end department's specialized role.
• Design and implement a database in accordance with end users’ information needs and views.
• Contribute to HQ and donor reports particularly on program progress towards indicators; produce analytical summaries including graphs, charts, tables, narratives, and visuals to fulfill internal and external reporting requirements.
• Beneficiary Lists and Aid Distribution: Implemented scoring models for program participants, ensuring fair and data-driven evaluations. Generated comprehensive lists of aid beneficiaries for Shelter, WASH, and Protection clusters, addressing diverse program requirements. Prepared and updated lists of beneficiaries for the financial department, facilitating the smooth disbursement of financial aid. Conducted beneficiaries OFAC check procedures.
• Data Visualization: Created and maintained Power BI dashboards, delivering insightful data visualizations for stakeholders (internal, external variations).
• Third-Party Monitoring: Applied sampling techniques to prepare accurate beneficiary lists for third-party monitoring, ensuring compliance with monitoring standards.
• Program Evaluation: Applied expertise in calculating program indicators, contributing to the assessment of initiative effectiveness.

Achievement:

• Creation of a database for the identification of each beneficiary (assignment of a unique code that allows tracking of the assistance provided to each beneficiary during the operation of the humanitarian mission). The created database makes it possible to avoid duplication of assistance received for each beneficiary.
• Optimize, and improve internal data flows of the project in technical program for two types of programs (Humanitarian and Development).
• Development of a multi-purpose CRM system for optimization of the internal work process, continuous collection of information on program activities, creation of analytical visualizations.

Responsibilities and functions:

• Design and development of necessary data management systems for program data.
• Support in developing internal Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) for effective data management, from data collection to final report.
• Monitor data identify discrepancies and correct issues in consultation with the supervisor and participate in scheduled data quality audits (DQAs).
• Data System Technical Oversight.
• Consolidating statistics from Health, Nutrition, WASH, MHPSS, GBV, and Cash sectors and analyzing of the work of each department and provision of an evaluation for certain sectors.

Achievement:

• Development of specialized software for checking population vaccination data with the help of Python and XLS coding.
• Development of an automated data collection system (morbidity reporting), which completely excludes the human factor in the process of processing data and transferring information from medical institutions with the help of Microsoft Excel, and Visual Basic macros.
• Development of universal forms of reporting for different medical health systems.
