As a participant of the Job & Training program (a project designed to provide opportunities for educated English-speaking Ukrainians), I work in the financial department.

Duties:

• working with financial reporting, both external and internal;
• helping the team with quarterly and monthly tasks;
• work with financial reporting programs, various systems and digital content processing tools.

• Responsibility for content release on the online portal, creating instructions for content managers, training employees and monitoring compliance with portal standards;
• site administration — placing publications, creating sections, rubrics and connections between them, working with Website Builder, designing the main pages of the site including searching for illustrations and preparation in Photoshop;
• analysis of content release tools, making proposals for technical improvement, communication with the technical department, writing technical tasks, participating in the discussion of problems and functionality, implementation of new tools.

• Adjustment and control of content release processes on the online platform (Jira, technical requirements and content documentation, content plan, etc.);
• working with the site's admin panel, filling the site with content of various genres and complexity (educational course, conference, survey, video etc.);
• recruiting and training staff (content manager, literary editor, proofreader).

Managing the company's social networks (three brands), writing and placing advertising texts, launching product ads on Facebook, writing texts for the company's website, landing pages.

Development of content strategy, writing of articles on educational topics, coordination of filming of online courses, Russian-Ukrainian translation, literary editing.

• Coordination of employees (disigners, literary editors, proofreaders, photo service, +- 30 people);
• quality control of the final product – standards, placement of advertising layouts, photos, correctness of texts, headings; control of deadlines;
• participation in the daily plannings.
