- Created a new department of influence marketing that provided 10% of all company’s sales.

- Created a popular blog about English language in the largest IT community.

- Developed PR & Social Media strategy, launched new communities in social media as a result engagement rate of Vodafone’s page in Facebook was two times higher than its competitors and Vodafone was in TOP 5 Socially Devoted Brands on Facebook in Ukraine.

- Created a customer service system in social media, described the process of customer requests, and trained employees. Implemented a standard of time for a client's response within 5 minutes.

- Created promotional viral videos with YouTube bloggers (over 4 000 000 views).

- Developed PR & Internal Communications strategy, managed media inquiries and interview requests, organized press-conferences & events, created Corporate Social Responsibility projects.

- Created a tradition of holding sport events, held national championships for three years, in which more than 1000 employees participated.
