I am an experienced customer service professional and support operator with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technical areas.
My professional path began at Vodafone, where I was a customer service operator. My main responsibilities included answering incoming calls, resolving technical issues and consulting on the company's services.
In addition, I actively used special software to generate requests and handle customer inquiries.After successfully completing my university studies, I joined Parimatch Tech where I continued to develop my customer service skills. During the year, I worked on various communication channels including online chat, email and inbound/outbound calls, providing quality advice and support to customers.
Due to my professional accomplishments and leadership skills, I was promoted to a department specializing in social media customer counseling. In this role, I effectively managed communication with clients through popular social media platforms, providing prompt and quality responses to their inquiries.
Additionally, I was assigned as a mentor in the department, where I successfully helped new hires get up to speed, ensure quality control, and meet goals. My responsibilities included training and mentoring, as well as motivating the team to achieve the best results.
Currently, I am actively developing my graphic design skills. I recognize the importance of effective visual communication and strive to apply my creativity and analytical approach to create unique and compelling design solutions.
