Provide fast, effective, high quality and business-oriented legal support and advice to firm clients, litigation matters, disputes process lead;

Setting direction on legal and compliance matters in line with the global strategies and be a trusted and solution oriented sparring partner to firm clients;

- Conducted project strategy implementation, development and implement management decisions to secure in-time and high-quality project deliverables supplying on operational needs

- Responsible for all logistics services provided to customers (NGOs and commercial contractors) in order to support their supply activities, storage, delivery of goods (food and non-food items).

- Maintained regular interaction on a working level with NGOs, UN agencies, government partners and commercial contractors in the area to facilitate performing the logistic service provider function.

- Drafted a record on supply activities and provide timely reports to company head office updates both periodically and on request.

- Prepared company commercial proposals for the quotation requests and tender, contract negotiation.

- Supervised staff in the FM Western offices, including admin and maintenance staff.

- Provided training on business ethics, compliance, procurement, financial, and operational procedures for the staff;

- Conducted development of SOPs and guidelines, exercises on a monthly reconciliation, physical inventory, and Year-end accounts closure procedures.

- Analysis of the effectiveness of project implementation at all stages.

- Provide legal advice and support to Group management and line managers on all legal matters including regulatory, corporate, employment, commercial and civil law, insurance, claims management and litigation;

- Drafting, reviewing and commenting on a full range of legal and commercial documents relating to local/international freight forwarding, customs clearance and warehousing, supporting business negotiations;

- Handling legal matters relating to investment activities (structuring the deal for purchase of industrial land, construction of warehouse and all related matters);

- Liaise with, supervise and manage the services of external lawyers, paralegals and professional advisors;

- Negotiate with legal representatives of clients, trade associations, tax authorities;

- Managing the legal department (3 lawyers) reporting to the Legal Global FM Corporate (France).

- Legal support of the company's operational and project activity (trade, asset company (6 inland silos and terminal), oil extraction plant, nutrition);

- Participation in drafting various contracts (including import/export of equipment and services), advising on their conclusion and execution;

- Drafting of internal company rules and regulations, incorporating the principles of corporate governance, risk management and compliance; Management of corporate optimisation projects;

- Full legal support of projects of construction of 2 inland silos, participation in the purchase of real estate assets/company shares;

-Communicating with government and judicial authorities on legal matters;

- Claims and litigation work on corporate, commercial, tax, labour related matters;

- Management of field company layers (in regions), setting and monitoring tasks for legal consultants;

- Organisation and implementation of electronic and document management and confidentiality for the storage and processing of databases, preparation of reports for company management;

- Monitoring the regulatory framework governing the Company's activities, tracking, identifying and informing management of legislative changes;

- Carry out other activities as required.
