AI Assistant: Integrated an AI assistant into SmartOne Click, a restaurant management and POS platform, helping users navigate the system, explore menus, understand its features and place orders.

Project & Release Management: Established and implemented project management processes across four projects, adapting Scrum practices, sprint planning, backlog management, QA and release workflows to bring structure to daily operations.

Jira & Service Desk: Set up and administered Jira for development teams, including project configurations, Scrum/Kanban boards and workflows. Implemented Jira Service Management to centralize and manage customer support requests.
