In 2019, I took a 12-hour Training course on First Aid (it is certificated by Global First Aid Reference Centre of International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies)

In 2019, I completed training at the School of First Aid in Kharkiv.

I have conducted more than 30 master classes on first aid in schools and higher education institutions. Modules: First Aid pinciples; Recovery position; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Bleeding.

Design of a methodology for accounting and processing volunteer requests (creating of SOPs - standard operating procedures)

Help in solving the problems of volunteers

Compiling a list of answers to the most frequently asked questions

Coordinating the work of a group of copywriters to create content for websites.

Communication with customers; Design content plans; Create tasks for copywriters; Proofreading texts.
