My name is Oleksandr. I am applying for this vacancy. I am a motivated and skilled enough specialist. Based on my previous experience, (police, work to prevent theft and fraud, work with a different number of personnel, work as a HSS manager, work with NGO’s), I have over 19 years of experience of work in the offices and the field offices of several organizations. I also have experience managing teams of varying numbers of employees. In addition, it is not a problem for me to manage and monitor the implementation of economic recovery measures, in rural areas and urban areas for households and enterprises, because I have visited many communities and settlements in the Kharkiv region and – all over Ukraine and I have not only a legal education, but also a civil engineering education. I think I spent enough time planning, organizing and executing operations in the field. Also, I had an experience of obtaining information on local and national situations, on IDP persons, from civil and military administrations in Poltava, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Odessa and Donetsk regions. I have many friends in Poltava, Kiev, Dnipro, Slov’yansk, Mykolajv and Odessa. I often visited most of these cities. Many of my friends- police and former police officers, representatives of local authorities. I can get various information from them - about the situation in different parts of Ukraine - the number of IDPs, the number of refugees, the military situation, etc. Due to my work in the IRC and NRC, I received a lot of information about the needs of ukrainians and the ways as different humanitarian organizations can help them.During my work with NGO, I take an active part in monitoring life of IDP people, IDP children in Collective centers, Householdings. In NRC I’m work closely with Shelter/WASH and ICLA teams, provide different help for local and IDP people.
