- mastered skill of fast accomplishment of tasks;
- deepened knowledge about different types of education documents and mastered skill of its preparing;
- had experience of work under pressure.

Training and coaching specialists is what I do perfectly. Plus, I get real pleasure from it.
In addition to developed training skills (skills of public speaking, analysis and adaptation of information, skills of interaction with specialists on purpose to improve quality of their work) I possess the details of working with sales/debts areas, counseling of credit customers, that's why the position of business trainer at these spheres will allow me to join the workflow as quickly as possible and will serve as foundation for the exchange of experience.
At the same time, I'm ready to consider proposals for business trainer in other areas and even other positions on HR department because I possess the skeleton of preparing and conducting trainings as well as the ability to master new practical and theoretical knowledge.
My personal advantage:
- Creativity. I have creative inclinations and I like express it in the tasks I accomplish.
- Psychologism. In addition to the theoretical basis of negotiation I have a personal interest in psychotherapy and therefore gladly share it during trainings.
- Pedagogy. I have degree in the field and I was a successful business trainer at all stage of managing credit clients.
- Copywriting. I had finished the course, so any text (business correspondence, text for sale, test-requirement, texts for social networks etc.) - is not a problem.
It's Important for me to get a positive result in the tasks I accomplish, therefore our cooperation will always be mutually beneficial.)
My goal is to develop, so career growth, salary and personal interest of work are the main reference points in the new position.
