• Participance in Power BI Projects implementation:

--Development analytics for Sales Performance, Daily reports, P&L, KPI & OKR, Stock and Accounts receivable reports combining the positions of Business analyst and Financial analyst. The process included consolidation data from 3 different data sources - SAP, 1C, Excel.

• Further Power BI reports development and elaboration of existing reports in collaboration with IT team.
• Development and interpretation of forecasts and multiple scenarios of financial indicators;
• Internal process optimization and automation with the aim to achieve higher business added value involving less time and human resources;
• Proposals and implementation of approaches, improving analytical reporting system.
• Participance in Power BI Projects implementation:

• Management P&L and CF statements calculation and improvement.
• Profitability factor analysis at the level of Regions, Sales channels, Customers, SKUs.
• WC analysis and monitoring:

-- Accounts receivable and Stock turnover calculation with analysis for optimization of WC.

-- Accounts receivable analysis in terms of CL and Overdue indices correspondence, highlighting the bottlenecks.
