Areas of responsibility include leading the development and implementation of the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House activity program, overseeing, monitoring and evaluation of activities, coordinating strategic network and partnerships. Tasks involve supporting the establishment and functioning of the Youth House, ensuring activities align with project phase frameworks and principles of Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) and Leave No One Behind (LNOB). This includes coordinating activity development, implementation, and reporting, as well as outcome harvesting, and team coordination. Additional responsibilities include supporting the development of democratic culture and structures within the Youth House, serving as a point of contact for activity partners and residents, and contributing to organizational efficiency and sustainability. Managing program-related staff members and supporting project development, partnerships, fundraising, and overall organizational goals are also key duties as part of the management team.

Developing and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions in Ukraine and abroad, embassies, foreign offices, international organizations. Organization of international expeditions to Israel and online expeditions to the countries of European Union (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Belgium, Netherlands). Leading and coordinating expeditions of 7 branches of Ukrainian Leadership Academy in Ukraine. Designing, producing, and disseminating study curricula and toolkits, content for educational expeditions. Organizing the educational process during joint national and regional events of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy. Leading a team of mentors. Designing and implementation of the National Identity Study Program. Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting program activities. Coordinating Canada Fund for Local Initiatives grant projects Reunion / Culture of Dialogue aimed at reintegration of Ukrainian youth from conflicted areas and raising awareness about culture of dialogue among them.

Arranging and maintaining partnerships with embassies, foreign offices, international organizations. Organization of international expeditions to Israel and 8 countries of European Union (Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Belgium, Netherlands). Leading and coordinating visits of international guests and speakers, organizing events (School of Ambassadors in Kyiv, Ukrainian Day in Brussels).
