Local finance manager (Chief accountant) (2 assistant's)

• Organization of effective work of accounting and finance department (all kind of accountings -tax, accountings, internal)
• Reconciling and analysing balance sheet accounts to ensure transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with GAAP NL and Internal Company policy
• Planning investment activities and budget
• Analysing data sets collected through all departments
• Budgeting and controlling by monthly basis
• Preparing and communicating business results and financial reporting packages to various levels of management;
• Developing of a package of the financial reporting according to requirements of a group of companies
• Forecasting of financial results at various business conditions
• Developing of internal policies of the company
• Responsible for preparing internal & local reporting (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
• TP process supporting
• Sales reporting (monthly plan fact analysing ect.)

• Reconciling and analysing balance sheet accounts to ensure transactions are recorded accurately in accordance with GAAP and Company policy.
• Accruing salary, holidays, taxes on salary, including preparing payrolls, orders in accordance with Ukrainian Labour Law
• Making internal controls to ensure all processes and procedures are in accordance with Accounting regulations and Company policy incl Big4 audit experiences
• Identifying and analysing potential financial issues/risks. Determining financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies;
• Responsible for preparing local Ukraine tax's reporting
• Preparing and compiling balance sheet, general ledger, profit and loss reports and other accounting document for management, state and other official bodies
• Tax accounting and structuring
• Supervising accounting analysis activities for Accounts Payable and Receivables, including account reconciliation, writing journal entries
• Organization of an effective work of accounting personnel (incl. coaching)
• Determining recommendations to achieve the organization's financial objectives;
• Controlling subordinates;
• IT-specialist tasking, controlling changes, updating accounting software.
