  - Motion Design - huge expirience in creation marketing ads for different social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, AppLovin and others).
  Ability to work with next plug-ins in After Effects: Particular, Form, Element 3D, Saber, Duik, Optical Flares, Newton and others.
  Knowledge of character rigging process and character animation.
  - Video Editing in various directions (films, commercial, backstage, promo, tutorials, ads), strong knowledge of video formats and compression techniques.
  - Color Correction (from simple to difficult, with using masks and tracking techniques).
  - Sound Design (creating SFX line for video and animation).
  
• Knowledge and understanding specifics of work in the IT field (create content for main advertisng platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat), competitive market analysis, close cooperation with the marketing department, generating new ideas and creating content "from scratch" (animation and video ads), team work organization, data structuring, drawing up technical task and references.
  
• Ability to organize the work of a small team (distribution of responsibilities and areas of responsibility between team members; determine best KPI for different tasks; finding and eliminating problems that arise in the course of work; creating manuals, sheets; storage structure development).
  
• Videographer skills: knowledge of a variety of compositional techniques, ability to build the mise en scene, creating light schemes for complex compositional solutions, knowledge of "trends" in modern camera art, experience with composite shootings.

  Cameras - Sony, BlackMagic, Canon, Panasonic etc.;
  Addition shooting equipment - jib, dolly, sliders, stabilisations etc.;
  Sound equipment - recorders, lapel microphones, on-camera microphones and others.
