• Financial statements based on actual data: P&L, Balance Sheet, CF.
• Track, maintain and analyze retail data by brand & by door (GWP, PWP, Special Events) performance with Trade & Marketing Managers, make recommendations to improve profitability of such promotional events.
• Lead monthly P&L Meeting with GM, Financial Director & Brand/Marketing Managers. Identify issues/opportunities by brand/line make recommendations.
