- Updating/ maintain business processes controls descriptions in control framework. Training of the Control Performers on the controls and the controls reporting tool.

- Support provided from ICS Point of View for different business projects: mapping roles, SOD monitoring.
- Coordinate and support technical issue resolving regarding SAP and GRC accesses for new users.
- Assist in facilitating internal and external audits.
