Main responsibilities:

• Participate in the negotiation process to prepare bilateral and multilateral treaties in the energy sector
• Take part in the preparation, conduct of interdepartmental, intergovernmental bilateral and multilateral commissions, committees, councils, working groups (including preparation of presentations, materials for repots, writing speeches for top management) and also develop and approval their decisions and coordination of their implementation
• Prepare and analyze law and other legal acts in the energy sector
• Business correspondence with national and foreign companies and institutions
• Prepare documents for the leadership of the Ministry on local and international travel (visa support, purchase of tickets, reservation of apartments, travel insurance, calculation of estimates and their optimization)
• Promote Ministry positions to develop fruitful cooperation with national and foreign companies and institutions

Main responsibilities:

- Take part in the implementation of state policy in the field of informatization, promotion of IT and e-government in energy sector

- Participate in implementation and support of IT, software and hardware complexes and systems in Ministry

- Plan and monitor the activities of Unit, distribute duties among the employees of the Unit, head, coordinate and controls their work

- Promote effective interaction with other structural subdivisions of the Ministry on issues related to the activities of the Unit

- Prepare Ministry action plans and report of the results

- Prepare and analyze law and other legal acts, state programs in the energy sector

- Business correspondence with national and foreign companies and institutions

- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, working conditions

- Gather and summarize key performance data of enterprises activities in the energy sector and transfer of information to higher-level organizations

- Prepare of meetings and related documents
