• Duties: maintaining the data across the systems and the site (SKUs, product codes, barcodes, RRPs & initial retail prices, tariff codes, key product characteristics), launching new products and managing the existing ones within the set or rationally deduced deadlines. This includes:
• validation of suppliers' information
• extraction of data from printed sources and web search
• coordination of data-related requests
• setting of tariff codes
• creation of barcodes for Private Label goods in GS1
  
• PIM data adaptation and uploading
• Magento store views adjusting
• ensuring PIM/NAV information flow
• setting product/vendor association in NAV
• imagery maintenance (editing when needed included)
• coordination of supporting external services (UK- and USA-located) and control over the yielded data (product descriptions and imagery, their enhancement or re-ordering when needed included)
• liaising with Buying and Merchandising team (UK- and USA-located) about the product range and master data when dubious issues arise, provision of suggestions and corrections
• handling of various problematic issues as to the site and systems content and functionality raised by the warehouses, other departments and customers
• checking of the site for data inconsistencies or omissions
• providing training for the onboarded support colleagues
• all kinds of data-related investigation
• cross-functional collaboration with Supply & Demand, Logistics and Customer Support teams.

Special duties:

• barcode consistency check
• verification and setting of supplier cost prices and discounts
• creation and maintaining of catalogue categories
• preparation of exports for other departments.

• enhancement and enrichment of the "ИРБИС" databases

• coordination of the workflow between the library departments

• preparation of electronic exhibitions
• manuscript and book acquisition
• check-up of the collections
• providing instruction to the new team members
• supervision over reading room and depository
• serving and consulting of the visitors.

Special duties:

• translating and editing for the Institute's journal
• normalisation of translation terminology in the field of archaeography and codicology
• translation and analytical works on demand
• correspondence with foreign organisations and visitors
• interpreting.

In general, I missed no opportunity to enhance the visibility of the Institute collections and to improve the customer service, as well as to optimize the internal operations.
