- Performance of export logistics on Incoterms of CIF, FCA, CFR from Ukraine, CIS contries by tracks, rail and sea to the countries of the Middle East and Asia, Africa.
- Finding best freight/inland rates.
- Preparation and coordination of shipments documentation according to deadlines of LC terms: COO, BL, fumigation, phyto, quality certificates,
- Arranging of inspections (testing and analysis) of cargo by SGS, BV, ITS, Bureau Franke.

• Calculations of suppliers' costs and comparison with the costs to be made through the own warehouse;
• Coordination in Supply Chain Management (direct stores deliveries, cross docking, transit);
• Coordination of supplies to the stores. Analysis of drawbacks and improvement of activity.
