What do we ask for?
- Strong online research skills
- Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
- Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
- Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work one of the following fixed schedules of your choice (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday:
- From 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
- From 4 pm till 1 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
- From 5 pm till 2 am (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break)
What does this role involve?
- Read and understand various job openings provided by our clients
- Research all unfamiliar skills and technologies to build a good understanding of the requirements for the qualified candidate
- Identify qualified candidates from the resume database, access to which we provide
- Cooperate with the recruiting team in selecting the best-qualified candidates for our clients' job opening
