Lead Researcher

At Incora, we are seeking a motivated and analytical Lead Researcher to join our sales team In this role, you will spearhead our business growth efforts by leveraging your expertise to identify and engage potential leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).We offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's expansion while advancing your career in sales.
This is a full-time position in Lviv.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the IT sales cycle to effectively identify and engage prospects.
• Familiarity with outreach software services and contact search tools will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess and optimize lead generation efforts for maximum impact.
• Intermediate or higher English level.

Responsibilities:

• Provide research of contact information for sales leads aligning with the ideal customer profile.
• Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
• Conduct email validation to ensure the accuracy of contact information.
• Manage contact databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with lead generation specialists and sales managers to update outreach strategies for improving conversion rates across multiple channels.
