SMM manager
Django Stars is currently looking for a Social Media Manager to assist us in reaching out to new audiences and keeping our current followers engaged through various social media endeavors.
You will be responsible for crafting and executing content strategies tailored to suit the strengths of different social media platforms. Essentially, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our brand’s message resonates effectively across all channels.

About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SMM (with B2B projects)
- Extensive knowledge of how LinkedIn and Twitter works
- Significant experience leading a brand’s social media initiatives
- Keen understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies
- Proficiency in English (storytelling and copywriting)
- Understanding of marketing in general and the purpose of social media marketing in IT
- Understanding of the specifics of the IT industry
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
- Analyze the company’s social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions
- Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep Django Stars’ social media presence consistently relevant
- Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
