Our client NGO - Children of Heroes was founded to help the countless number of Ukrainian children who have sufferedthe ultimate tragedy: the loss of a parent, or parents, during the ongoing war. The Fund provides thechildren and their families with comprehensive assistance, led by our team of Family Helpers.

Responsibilities

• Create a strategy of development for both Ukrainian and global Fund’s social networks
• Develop and regularly update the content plan for each social network
• Generate content, create catchy topics for the Fund's social networks and constantly updatethem
• Support Fund's partners projects and campaigns
• Collect and analyze performance indicators of social networks of the Fund
• Work on improving the fund's social networks

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of social media management experience with a focus on brand growth anddevelopment
• Experience of working with diversed audience, launching, and developing social networks ininternational markets
• An understanding and working knowledge of fundraising tools in global social networks will beconsidered as a plus
• English at the upper-intermediate level (written and spoken)
• The ability to write accurate, interesting, and understandable texts that are read- Understanding of trends and audiences, monitoring development trends and algorithms ofsocial networks, analysis, and validation of this data for conducting effective campaigns andconstant improvement of both Ukrainian and global pages of the Fund- Proactivity and initiative, high level of responsibility
