Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Junior User Management Specialist, IS/IT team in Lviv.
Main responsibilities:
- Service line management;
- Customer support;
- Root-cause analysis;
- User support;
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- Experience in IT would be an advantage (Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server preferred);
- Experience in Microsoft OS (WinXP, 7,10, 2000 Server);
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Knowledge of English and German (Advanced: spoken and written).
