Our client NGO - Children of Heroes was founded to help the countless number of Ukrainian childrenwho have suffered the ultimate tragedy: the loss of a parent, or parents, during theongoing war.

Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage Performance oriented ad campaigns on Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, and Google to promote the initiatives and campaigns ofChildren of Heroes Charity Fund
- Develop and implement PPC strategies tailored to different platforms tomaximize conversion metrics
- Set technical tasks for the designers and copywriters in order to optimize adcampaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficientallocation of resources
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metricssuch as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze donor data and campaign results to identify trends, insights, andareas for optimization.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, includingadjusting targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align PPC efforts withoverall business objectives and strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience on this or a similar role
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms,including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques? Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta BusinessManager
- Ability to set up conversions and tracking
- Excellent understanding of PPC best practices, including campaign setup,optimization, tracking and recent trends
- Ability to generate actionable insights from data to drive campaignimprovements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment
- English upper intermediate
