Job Description:

We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Google Ads Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts for a window repair company. As a Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that drive online visibility, increase leads, and enhance the brand presence within the window repair industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Google Ads, a track record of successful campaigns, and a passion for contributing to the growth of our business.

1. Campaign Planning: Develop strategies for Google Ads campaigns aligned with business goals.
2. Campaign Setup: Create and set up campaigns, ad groups, and ads.
3. Keyword Management: Research, select, and manage keywords to optimize performance.
4. Ad Creation: Write and design compelling ads that drive clicks and conversions.
5. Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics.
6. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends and Google Ads updates to implement best practices.
8. Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure Google Ads campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 4-7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of success with the US market in particular.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
• Excellent communication skills for client management and presenting strategic insights.
• Experience managing budgets effectively across multiple campaigns.
• Adaptability to industry changes and a drive for innovation.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.
