Are you seeking an exciting opportunity in the agro industry? Our esteemed client, a global leader in agriculture, is currently seeking an Execution Specialist to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
About the Role: As an Execution Specialist, you'll be integral to the execution of export contracts in Ukraine. Reporting to the Head of Execution, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient contract execution.
The key goals are:
To make/control proper/timely execution of export contracts by rail
To contact with buyers, traders, accounting, surveyors, terminals and carriers about execution matters
Key Responsibilities:
Planning export trains schedule
- Planning/approval delivery at rail terminal
- Contracts execution (contract/surveyor nominations, shipping instructions/docs, sales/freight/service invoices)
- Service invoices paying
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or logistics
- Minimum 1 year of execution experience (preferably grains)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Strong team player, proactive and responsible attitude, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment while handling multiple tasks with limited deadlines
