Customertimes is looking for a License Contract&Revenue Administrator, who will become a valuable member of our Finance Sales Administration team with a background in accounting/finance.
Job Responsibilities:
- License contract management: contract approvals, contract registration, sales opportunities status monitoring, contracts status monitoring, contract execution control, license procurement control
- Client data management: client registration, creating vendor profile by clients (compliance)
- Sales Administration Reporting: prepare and verify Billing Schedule based on contracts register records.
- Supporting Billing Team in their regular activities
Requirements:
- Fundamental knowledge of service business (not limited to IT)
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents
- Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios and proportions to real scenarios
- Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures
- Proficiency in common office applications(MS Excel, MS Word)
- Good understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Verbal and written communication skills: English(C1+)
- 3+ years of experience in contract management/administrative coordination/accounting
- Accounting background
- SAP/QuickBooks experience as plus
