Responsibilities:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following company’s “scripts”
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information
- Handing over a hot client to a senior manager

Requirements:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written (understanding different accents!)
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Docs and CRM software
- Energetic, empathetic, and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in telephone sales
