As a lawyer, you will work with contractors to establish and maintain companies in various jurisdictions, as well as handle English-language contracts governed by UK and EU law. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with contractors to establish and maintain companies in various jurisdictions.

• Handling English-language contracts governed by UK and EU law.

• Opening and managing bank accounts and accounts in payment systems.

• Responding to inquiries from banks and payment systems.

• Conducting legal research.
