Customer Service Manager (Help Center)

What we offer

• 30h work week (full-time potentially), flexible schedule
• $4/hr, gradual increase to $6/hr within 4 months
• Unlimited vacation days, 12 vacation days per year are paid

Required skills

• Advanced English
• Customer Service experience (3+ months)

Would be a plus, but not required

• Help Center articles creation experience
• Intercom experience (or another Help Desk like Zendesk)
• Support Quality Assurance (emails, calls, tickets)

What you will do

• Create and improve Help Center articles
• Analyze conversations clients have with AI Chatbots to improve Help Center articles accordingly
• Potentially, you will also learn how to set up the Intercom Help Desk, AI Agents, and Automations
