Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage support inquiries via phone calls, emails, and support portal cases.
- Generate and provide detailed reports to customers.
- Attend remote support calls, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Analyze and present statistics on device vulnerabilities to assist in proactive management.
Work Schedule:
- Night shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM.
- Three shifts per week.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with endpoint security and IT management tools is a plus.
