Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B or SaaS sector
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English B2 is a must
What will you do:
Design and implement growth-focused strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Develop hypotheses and run A/B or multivariate tests across various marketing channels.
Analyze and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and product launches
Implement and optimize lead generation strategies through inbound marketing channels.
Work closely with the marketing team to align growth strategies and launch new tactics
